No other country is not tied by laws that Blair introduced. What we should have had YEARS ago is a written Constitution.

What occurs to me is that fifty years ago (or so), we were respected throughout the world and a strong country of which such people wouldn't dare take the p***.

How this country has sunk. I find it embarrassing.
And all due to trendy-lefties, the soft-hearted and professionally offended who feel sorry for the people who know exactly how to take advantage of us, yet forget about the real Brits who deserve more.

True, but Malta can legitimately if falsely claim that they detected no distress call whereas if the burglars were within Malta territorial waters especially with witnesses looking on then the burglars would have to be taken to Malta where they could have claimed asylum and even if rejected could not be returned etc etc.

The rules we abide by don't seem to apply to anyone else.
