This will sound strange but, it stopped being special after a while and the summer's were too hot!I hope it's a good view - we have a saying on the Isle of Man: if you can't see the Lake District, it's raining; if you can see the Lake District, it's going to rain

I am a Loiner born and bred. Yorkshire through and through. My Brother lives in Birstall and has done for nearly 50 years. Unlike him I have been a gypsy living in different places, Manchester, London, Spain, Holland and now Nottinghamshire.p.s. a Loiner is someone born in Leeds, Yorkshire

Sandy darlin' - I know Birstall - I had a job and a little 'pad' in Batley - just down the road from your Brother.
