I'll be getting plenty of sun now as after a review with my lung specialist I got a text, later confirmed by a call from my GP, saying that as from today I no longer need to isolate as I no longer fall into that category. It hasn't quite sunk in yet to be honest.

Now if only they'd reopen the damn gym...
