Wanton Vandalism

The Extinction Rebellion lot are at it again, this time vandalising a lawn in Trinity College, Cambridge to highlight a `major development` scheme endorsed by the University.

The soil dug up was then taken to a branch of Barclays Bank and tipped out over the floor.

Wonder if they'll actually get prosecuted this time? A good stretch in gaol is well deserved IMO.

I read about this and was pretty disgusted to be honest. I hope they don't get away with it. They have already cost the country an absolute fortune with their road blocking antics

They are affecting ordinary people.

This a pointless, annoying exercise.

I was very late taking Guy to a medical appointment last week because of a demonstration blocking roads.

Some unfortunates missed their appointments completely and blue light ambulances were held up in the Traffic.

They were laughing and singing.

Complete and utter pillocks.

This sort of action does nothing for their cause, in fact, it probably turns people against it..

It's the hypocrisy of these people that really irks, you can bet they all heat their homes with gas, take two or three foreign holidays a year and drop their kids off at school with their Range Rovers. ...

What you have to remember is that most of these soap dodgers don't actually know what they are on about and are actually just on the band wagon. Years ago they smashed shop windows and cars against capitalism, now it's climate change.
