Just shoved some baguettes in the oven and thought to check how many cals in em as I had 2 earlier. Nearly 300 cals for 100g. If I ate the 4 that would be over 1500 cals and that is without any filling. Thankfully I didn't eat any high cal filling such as butter or marg and only had onions and tomatoes with them earlier.
Blast. Munching on frozen fruit now instead.
Get back to making your own bread
You know very well what goes into it and that IF you make bread by hand, you will use a few calories.
You have been fiddling around with your diet for decades now and you surely must realise by now that it's calories in and calories out.
