Well I'm going to stop taking them, then when I know the weather has heated up - I will take them again, they might just help me ..............

I am wearing a fleece and and sometimes i put my gloves on even now when i go out. Mind you being sat at the computer doesn't help as your temperature drops considerably, so i need to do more i think
Not sure, maybe you just feel the cold - they say as you get older you feel it more - I'm just messed up

That's very true. Temperatures are still dropping right down at night.

Patsy, I know 2 other people who have felt cold all this week, so try not to worry - it has been a rotten cold wind blowing.

Anycase, 'natural' medication doesn't often work that quickly, its often more of an accumulative effect, so I'd be surprised if it was your new tablets.
Easy to check though, stop taking them and see if you warm up again (assuming the outside temperatures remain cool).

P.S. Just because medication is a natural one, it is still possible for certain things to not be compatible with other medication you might be taking, either enhancing the effects of the other medication or lessening the effect.
Nothing is straightforward is it gal. x

Re: Circulation Mystery .........

I used to suffer from cold feet a lot but since I have had a new boiler fitted I don't. Worcesterrrrrrrrrrrrrrr boilers rock.

Seriously I'm amazed at the difference. My feet used to be cold all the damn time before.

Re: Circulation Mystery .........

Is it based on root ginger ?

I tried that once but can't remember if it made a difference. I am Aquarius and we do suffer from bad circulation.
