Treasures indeed! I imagine that it takes your breath away every time you encounter one of these incredible species. I was also thinking about how special it is to see such a place as a seasoned adult who perhaps more appreciation for life and all that it takes to sustain it.

Yes Surfermom. Definitely a deeper meaning. Went for an early morning walk on Tuesday with guides/rangers. We hiked up a hilltop and had an awesome view. We saw Rhino in the distance. A whole troop of them running away from our trail. The guide said they smell our scent and spook easily hence the stampede in the other direction. Saw blue wildebeest as well. It was awe inspiring! I’m glad I went for a hike.
