Lay z spa Miami, anyone?

Bought one of these and set it up a couple of weeks ago. Nice when it's hot and bubbly BUT having a hell of a time getting the chemical balance right. Milky cloudy water and a skin rash (sigh).

Anyone got any tips? Internet searching confuses more than helps.

Thank you MKJ, appreciate your reply. Part of the confusion is that the info on their site says one thing, the instructions with the spa say something else and the instructions on the box of chemicals say something different as well! My poor brain.
