Good list Rainbow, I remember a radio play on BBC years ago and it was called 'The Kamikaze Pilots Reunion Dinner'. The name is the only thing that stuck in my mind. I think it was an all-seafood menu.

Yes, I think that fella's name was Bell. She suggested he go back out to the shed and invent something else, he came back in with the telephone and she's been on it ever since.
