No it's not the chocolate (I rarely eat it) and I actually prefer grapes, nor is it really portion size, though I probably could cut that back a tad. It's more the picking in between meals - biscuits, cake if I've got any in the house, or I might swipe a piece of cheese from the fridge. This afternoon I've been decorating a birthday cake, so guess where all the leftover buttercream went? That's my problem.
I know how to eat healthily, I do it all the time. It's just that I have all the other stuff as well
