I have done the same with a painful shoulder. I once went down the field with my dogs (since deceased) swung my arm around like a windmill blade and shouted, ‘l am fed up of this pain. Get out of my body’. ....and it did! There’s a method in my madness!
I always blamed supermarket surfaces, even money, or work phones when l got a cold.

I'm okay thanks for all your concerns. Didn't feel great today but better this evening. I can still taste and I don't have a fever so I'm pretty sure it's not Covid.
I'm on me way down with a big box of tissues and a jar of Vick for ya. Me donkey got a bit tired coming through Barnstaple though, and I can't see me map properly in the dark, so be patient, and don't lock up yet will ya.

Much better thank you after Mups rubbed me in with her Vicks.Actually, I felt much worse yesterday morning and ended up coming home after just two hours but after some paracetamol and a few hours sleep, I felt much better by the evening and went back in to work this morning.
