Happy Sunday Folk.
The beautiful coast on the IoM.
Going to watch our son's partner run a half marathon this morning - the exercise will do me good !

Good morning all, foggy at the moment but forecast to be another lovely day.
We will probably walk the dogs and have a picnic lunch out somewhere today, then relax in the garden with the papers later on.
Enjoy your day folks.

Good morning all, sun is out.
Off to the M.I.L after lunch, do her shopping and cleaning.
Have a nice day all.

Oh I see - that's what you meant by 'exercise'
