Yes, got a couple of very good friends through forums, albeit they are to far away to visit.

But Have got one specail friend I have made , and we visit each other quiet a lot and do the show circuit together, if we are within reach of a radius of eacxh other.

Yeah - most of my 'best' friends now are actually people I've met on the web and some of my most favourite people are those who I know on the internet too!

Guess that's fitting given how much I champion the web all the time

Yes I have.. and one of my best friends ever sadly no longer with us...
(Dogsey people will know of whom I speak).

I met one person on a forum I once joined years ago , she doesn't frequent forums now but we have stayed great friends..

made a few nice friends from the web. used to go on a site called *anything goes* we used to have a right scream on there. spoken to a few on the phone.

I have made one very special friend but she sadly lives a long way from us so usually only get to meet up once a year...

Definitely know what you mean, Meg. This person became a dear friend in the short time we had, and I'll always be grateful for that.

I've made a couple of nice friends who I see quite regularly.
