A trip out later, scary lady is coming and I will be organised again.

A roast for lunch today, with all the trimmings.

I intend to have a day in the garden today and forget decorating....thats the plan anyway I just hope the weather doesn't let me down...no frost here last night and the forecast is good for a sunny day....fingers crossed.

Morning all, another white over frost here again, no signs of it easing up yet at all...

Just heading off to the forest with the dogs before doing a few odd jobs later and cooking soup for lunch.

It has been a lovely day. Last night my son and I went to a local Chinese restaurant and had a pretty good meal, I used one of my $25 NSW dine vouchers toward paying for it.

The girl who owns it went to school with my daughter, she took it over from her parents who migrated from Hong Kong. The food is a bit too westernised for my taste but it is still very popular and they serve far too much food.

Got some laundry done this morning after taking my son's dog for a walk. Then we went to Bunnings for flower pots for my son, plywood and wire for me.

Had 1mm of rain in the gauge this morning first rain since early last month.

Not a bad Sunday.

good morning, started well at 6am even some hot air balloons passing and a day for mowing the lawns, and, now the rain, drat!!

Morning folks.

Ah, Bunnings. They tried here in the UK, but failed. The stores they bought reverted to their previous brand but the branch in my old home town is being sold off to make way for more tower blocks. Grrrrrr.

Good morning everyone a lovely sunny start after a white frost.

I have washed the bedding early because of the rain forecast tomorrow and I want to feed the lawn before the rain arrives.

Lots to do so better get started....

Good morning everybody.
It's a lovely sunny morning here & I plan on doing some jobs in the garden.

My biggest task is making some sort of protection for my cherry bush to prevent the birds from pecking the berries. Any suggestions welcome.

Also I've got a few geraniums to pot up. Then we will go a walk round the canal baisin in the village we used to live. we like to go on a nostalgic trip back there to see the house we used to live in.

Probably round off with a drink in the beer garden of the local pub.
