Sudden death a great trauma. Some comfort that their final hours together were happy.

Strangely enough, this is the second one I've heard of in two days.
My friend's husband took his old Mum her supper round on Friday night, and found her dead in her room. He was very close to his Mum and is very distraught.
The lady lost her mum & dad & I don't think she was close to her sister.
I think her husband has 2 brothers but I am not sure if they have been told yet. That is why my sister felt she needed to be there & I will help all I can, if they want me to.
Before Covid my sister used to frequently stay at their house!

Once again, thanks for all your comforting comments! When the lady has got through the trauma of losing her husband, I will read them to her, to let her know that even strangers care & send kind thoughts!

Hi

Sudden death is a fact of life.

The comfort is that just drifting off when you are content is not a bad way to go.
