Funny thing about insurance. You pay to have it. Then if you make a claim - your premiums rocket............and THAT is how they finance insurance claims - from the insurer. That's you and me! So in this case, Tedc is right! They may pay the sick person who makes a false claim................then the tax payers pay that by increased rates!

It sounds like a hazard, but they don't usually do anything until someone gets hurt!
