Tried a few 'scrunchies' today, May, and, when I walked down to the village, kept tightening and relaxing the abs. There is a dull aching now - so something is working. Will try doing a little more each day.

Morning All, It's only 4am got up for a wee now I'm blooming well awake sheeze I hate when that happens. Having a latte then I'll go back to bed and hopefully back to sleep. No frost out there thank goodness, cool, calm and dry. Enjoy your Sunday.

Good Morning Roxy and everyone.
That is something I could not do - go back to bed. Once I am up - I am up, no matter how early.
Just having a cup of tea, then off down to the village shop to buy a paper. Will make some porridge when I come back - can't beat it when the weather is cold!

Keep up the good work on Your ab's ST..floor exercises are out for Me as I have an arthritic spine,so I can get down there ok,but it's hellish painful getting back up

Good morning everybody. Roxy I hate waking up and going to the toilet through the night.The only exercise I do is walking. A wee bit of gardening for me today and then a walk.

It is cold here in the South today.
I get bored on Sunday, I am so used to working and multitasking all week, I can't wind down.

Morning Again, got back to sleep, wonder of wonders lol. Just back from the forest with the dog, I guess it won't be quiet for much longer as come May the tourists start to land here in droves. I know it's good for the area's business ect but gawd they're everywhere AND leaving their mess behind.
