Internet v Phone calls

I get annoyed at the way that every time you ring a number you are immediately told you can go to WWW. I know that but sometimes I need to speak to someone,and I know many people are not on the internet. 1 company I tried to ring this morning had a recorded message saying that number is no longer in use go to WWW.

I hate that too deylon and on the other side of the coin, I hate it when a website says contact us but only gives a phone number.

I feel the same as you Deylon.... in fact I'm surprised you haven't heard me swearing and shouting down the phone when, as you say, it tells you while you're waiting 'or you can go to our website....'

I scream 'I know that, but what if I don't have a computer?'

oh Deylon, don't get me started on those recorded messages, I find them infuriating.

I have to admit I do find the speil about please contact us on WWW annoying, because I would have in the. first place if it had the answers. Im only ringing cos the web site is shite

Just wait. They are planning to roll out call centre bots.

I like contacting companies by a web chat if that is possible.

I hate when they play vile nondescript music to me telling me I'm 106th in the queue then reminding me of their WWW address
