Good morning everyone a lovely autumn morning.

Haircut day mark 2 for me, I should have gone yesterday but the girl who cuts my hair had to put her dog to sleep so didn't work.

Lots to do in the garden, I was working out there yesterday and got lots of insect bites, there seem to be more insects biting at this time of year.

Morning all, my plans are in disarray, last night i slipped and did the splits. Not recommended for a 65 year old bloke, many bits i had forgot about are hurting.

Thanks putting the painkillers to use i try to avoid them so ive always got a few to hand.
