Been told by one of my jobs boss yesterday that o can't get my wage through them (our company has recently been taken over, the last company did pay wages) so I think I have to apply through the courts for my wages, what a bummer! Hope I don't have to wait long for my pay

Perhaps your company may be at risk of breaking the law.
I'm sure the courts will advise.

I seem to remember when I did it, the company I worked for (which was as tight as ****holes), would not pay my wages. I was paid by the government.
