Mostly I don't know how to relax, I'm always so busy and don't have much time for 'me' what with running 2 jobs, looking after my Dad and seeing to my Son who has mental health problems, he needs constant supervision even at the age of 37.

I do try to take time out by going to the cinema and musical theatre and gym but its not as often as I would like.

I'm looking forward to retiring so I can relax more.

I've also found that swimming has helped me switch off from work stuff too
I'm totally in the zone of the the physical activity and afterwards I'm relaxed but also energised and happier
which makes me more able to deal with the "stuff" the next day
I never learnt to swim, but horse riding, hacking out had the same effect.
