When the Met Office was here, in Berkshire, they used to have their annual Golf Day up at our Golf Club.

Seemed always to be chucking it down on their golf day.

Lost count of the number of times that they were rained off!

No, that wouldn't be better. Weather forecasts are actually considered to be better now than they used to be, according to experts.
