Fender, Eastleigh like most places in Hampshire, is expanding at an alarming rate. Just off Stoneham Way, ( not far from the Tech), over a thousand houses are being built. The traffic there at the moment is horrendous, so god knows what the future holds. Other big housing projects are in the pipeline.
