I am cold, am sitting here with a jumper & a fleece on. Can't work out, do I switch my heating on to constant, or not. It's May after all.

I've not really been warm since last year, my medication doesn't help much but it's been cold and wet for so long now. It will be the first day of summer 21 June, in about five weeks. Is it ever going to be comfortably warm again?
