Re: A tall strawberry

I was going to move the strawberry plants outside when the weather warms up but they are doing so well in the tunnel, I might leave them there and open the flaps when it gets hot.

Our son reckons I should run my hands over the leaves to simulate the breeze moving them about. Has anyone heard of that before?

Never heard that before, but why not, it can do no harm and you are connecting with nature, I wouldn’t recommend deep and meaningful conversations about quantum physics with them though.

Yes, but not the hands over the leaves. I have seen people lift their plant pots and wave them around to simulate the wind. I did try it, (felt like an absolute plonker mind you) but its helluva good for toning the tummy!

Re: A tall strawberry

I'd have a job to lift that one up and wave it around in its concrete pot.

Some sort of down to earth meaningful talk would be easier but maybe not quantum physics.
