I have done the same with a painful shoulder. I once went down the field with my dogs (since deceased) swung my arm around like a windmill blade and shouted, ‘l am fed up of this pain. Get out of my body’. ....and it did! There’s a method in my madness!
I always blamed supermarket surfaces, even money, or work phones when l got a cold.
Perhaps Longdogs has taken your advice and gone afield?
Or he could indeed be munching on said grapes...
