One thing I do find odd is when I watch programmes like 'A place in the sun' and the purchasers base their choice on what it offers for grandchildren. In reality, the grandchildren will visit once or twice, with their parents, then they will be off with friends of their own age.

Proud of my children? Yes, they've all made good lives for themselves.

Show off about them - no.

The only time I know I'm showing off is when I go swimming with the grandchildren or even with a friend.

I can float on water really good. In fact I'm so good at floating that I could fall asleep on the water.

I always do my floating just so they can see how good I am at it.
