The problems start with universal benefits such as the state age related benefit aka the old age pension, that should be means tested.
Then all the supplementary benefits that in reality redistribute earnings.
Add child care allowance, housing support, that means people like me are paying a significant part of other people's rents - and so very much more.
A real herd of sacred cows that really does need culling.

The Labour MP denied making the remark in a BBC interview last year, but he has now admitted doing so after footage emerged of him saying it.
..but thankfully for the majority of us not everyone spends their days looking for liars to moan about and posting about them every time they find one
