I would like to proudly announce that i've not smoked for a week
I have a rather cute purple e-cig type of gizmo and a selection of interesting flavours.. as I type im having the odd puff on a cherry flavoured one My other half has given up too and we are still speaking and there's no stressy tension in the house either so all very positive

Good morning all - and well done Cassie. I gave up ten years ago - and if I can do it anyone can!!Lunch with Roses and two other ex-Saga friends was lovely and much giggling was done by all. Must get the laundry organised today and more present packing...............

Well done Cassie, I've never liked cigs so lucky, my mother was a chain smoker and I'm sure that put me off.Big difference in the weather , its really spring- like and I've got the sheets out . No plans for today ,just chilling this pm
