...btw - don't be self-conscious,Sweaty Pie.....after all, armpits are SUPPOSED to be damp. That's why you have those massive tufts of hair,y'see;and I see you're proud of yours in a most unusual 'fashion statement' way.

...it's not every day one sees a lady with plaited armpit hair.....

Oh,Solo...his knees were a blur and his elbows were going like bees wings.

But,slowly,bit-by-bit,I edged ahead...my ol' Landy doesn't give in to threats from 'merciful' and 'loving' gods that insist church steeples have lightning conductors! YERWOT?!?

Yer never know with these vicars though. Not all are saintly. Some of em have those blades on their bike wheels like those Roman chariot thingies used to have and they say a prayer and drop em when you least expect it... and zip goes yer tyres.

You ave bin warned.

Yuk de Niro and back to Zoos. Blame Pug for side tracking

No matter that we need zoos to keep some species on this constant exterminating planet of ours but I have never cared for them.

The last time I visited one, the animals looked as miserable as anyone would with only a small amount of allotted space. Heartbreaking especially if you have seen them in their natural habitat.

The only ones that seem to be genuinely happy are the Meerkats and that is because they don't give a toss about anyone or anything. Meerkats rule and they know it. Love em and their attitude.

what about the keepers they seem to enjoy it? - we have free roaming camels [got lots of them wanna some?] and elifunts that give rides to the kids- the keepers sometimes let out a lion cub to roam around and amuse the punters - nah zoos can be fun!

Re: Leisurely Scribbles (part 5)

Camels are as bad as Meerkats for not giving a fig about anyone and will give a killer kick just to remind you in case you forget. They also have a set of nashers that would be the envy of any Grand National winner and a bite to match.

Good on breeding zoos to save species though. Odd thing is with so many ads on TV with donate to this or that animal for a year and get a free stuffed toy, plus personal paw mark, plus dictated update, you would have thought no animal is now in danger.

Re: Leisurely Scribbles (part 5)

Being a chaste midden I have never been close enough to see a couple of polar bears banging away. I need a lie down in a darkened room now.
