Twizzard, what is the Warm Home Discounts about please, I don't understand how this works?
They're always trying to put my D/D's up but I work out my annual cost, divide it by 12 monthly payments and usually only agree to pay this amount. They've always accepted that (eventually), but if I have owed a bit more after a price increase or something, I can amend my D/D myself online. They're well in pocket during the summer, but I can ask for an instant refund if its over £100 in credit.
