I use a variety of products to edit the pictures, add text or captions.Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe In-Design, Sony Vegas and Zara Designer.
If you type adding speech bubbles to a picture into Google will give notice a variety of options.
Some are free and some you will have to pay for.
You could try a few and have a little practice.
Our daughter uses the high end packages and I have access to all of them.

No, it isn't you (although I can't speak for what went on before I joined) but it does seem to be the same handful of people (although the quiz section seems livelier) - not that that's a bad thing, some good discussion go on and people aren't overly sensitive. All in all, this is one of the nicest forums I've been on.

To make a thread like this work the picture has to lend itself to a comic bubble.Some pictures just don't lend themselves to a funny remark....hence few replies.
For my print and bubbles I just use Paint.
