Hot Air Balloons.

Never heard of these.

Quite big business one would imagine .

A nice calm evening for them....not something I would want to do...would you?...or maybe you have?

I've been up in a hot air balloon, Pauline. We flew over The Valley of the Kings in Egypt. Really enjoyed it

Never stand near the centre of the balloon, that's like a hot oven!

I could never go in one....I have a fear of heights.

I bet that was a thrilling experience ...I wish I could go up in one......I just cannot overcome my fear of heights...never been on a plane either..

Just had two go over my garden, probably viewing the Gorge.
You wouldn't get me up in one.
I think I'd prefer a dirigible

it's nice looking at hot air balloons but there is no way I would ever want to go up in one. Anyone who does so must have a stronger stomach than I do

We get lots around here particularly when it is The Bristol International Balloon Fiesta ...

I love to see them they are magical My neighbour went in one for her birthday and hurt her back.

Oh dear Meg, that’s a shame about your neighbour. I wonder if she hurt it when landing? We all had to sit on the floor of the balloon with our legs bent to brace ourselves for the impact when landing.

They are around here all the time in Summer.

Same here in the summer Tiff, they fly right over our house. There is a new black cat balloon going up this year, I hope we’ll be able to see it.
