Candy Crush Saga

OK I've reached this bit and have no idea if there's a logical way to do it. Any tips ? .... apart from stop wasting my time

Most of my friends on facebook are doing this. All of them say how addictive it is. I have not touched it as i dont want to know if i cannot do any of the levels.

You just play it like all the other rounds and the aim is to remove each block of opaque glass in each of the 4 areas.
