HiBarnier does not run the EU, he like David Frost ,is a Civil Servant doing what his political masters tell him.
Neither Barnier or Frost will back down.
They both have their instructions.
It is up to the Politicians to sort it out.
It is now down to Boris versus the EU Leaders.
