My grandson loves to nibble his biscuits into that shape, he loves the moon. Yes, that plant is a treasure, gorgeous!
Precious few flowering plants in my garden now.

Great shot of the moon, Loretta .... I can see the 'man in the moon's" nose quite clearly

I've tried to grow Bird of Paradise in my garden without success I'm afraid

Thank you all. I have 2 bird of paradise plants and originally they were planted in the ground but for some reason they didn´t seem to like it. They grew quite well for a few years but the last couple of years they began to look really tatty and the flowers were very poor. So they were dug up and planted into the pots, since then they have rallied round and done really well.
