It`s just pure me of course but my excuse is that I am treating a friend who has very little money and suffers with a lot of pain from fibromy something and arthritis for her 61st birthday. The last time I went to a spa was just after Jenny was diagnosed. Can I still take an elbow? I have booked myself a full deep body massage
