And puddings too Pixie darlin' - Jam roly, poly, steak & Kidney, Treacle/syrup pudding, to name but a few and of course the Queen of all puddings - Haggis (yes I know there are some on here who will say YUK!!! - but I like it and its delicious!!!)

Ok folks - attended a pre-op assessment at the Hospital last Friday morning. Was in contact with the Appointments Officer this morning - will probably be going into hospital on 20th December and operation will take place on 21st. This means I will be in hospital over Xmas and New Year, however if it gets rid of the pain I am currently suffering then sobeit!!!

that's good then as you didn't think it would be til January. At least you can start the New Year afresh and I'm sure the hospital will lay on loads of Christmas festive food for you

Yes Mollie darlin' - Pixie and I were in a race - who gets their operation first, until earlier this morning looked very much like Pixie had won, but when Admissions Officer of Hospital told me I would be going in before Xmas, it was a bit of a surprise.

It's good that you have a date Uncle Joe and I feel sure all will go well for you.
