Living statues are amazing, they must practice for hours to stay so still.

I think its Neptune Tiffany, bloke that builds these out of flotsam and jetsam, scatters them around the headland where he lives.

Not sure if this counts as a monument but I thought it was quite good. It's a Malaysian flag made from coconut shells next to tea workers accommodation.
