This weight problem of ours has some people making lots of money off it. There is a company here in my city that once you become a member, they send you all kinds of low calorie foods to your home. Which includes meat, pasta, chicken and shakes of all kinds. They say the food is good and known public figures have signed up for the program. It seems to work because they lose weight, but eventually gain it back.

Weighed last night and found I was down a few pounds in just a few days owing to a diet and running. Still, last night I had a load of chocolate and non-alcoholic beer to celebrate something or other. Not sure I can go for long at the moment without chocolate, which is odd because I have gone ages without it before. My diet must be too strict and lacking in something.
