Evening meal will be. Chicken breast stuffed with Morrocan cous cous and salad, followed by fresh cherries and blueberries topped with fromage frais.

Eating alone tonight so threw together a chopped salad in a bowl, diced cucumber, quartered cherry toms, half a small onion finely chopped, section of orange and yellow pepper cut into small dice, same with some strong cheddar, a couple of little eggs hard boiled and quartered, grated carrot, a few slices of pickled beet cut up, and two slices of farmhouse bread with olive oil lurpak. Mixed it up well and added a few dollops of Mayo. Took ages to eat lol.

Going to have Steak and Kidney Pudding today with R. Potatoes, Runners and Carrots. Tonight homemade Leek and Potato soup and bread roll.

I have just made some leek and potato soup for lunch and am also going to have a home made bread roll with cream cheese and smoked salmon.

Home made cheese tartlets and salad this evening..

All the meat eaters here today so a chicken was roasted with mashed potatoes and cabbage and leek stir fry.

Chocolate sponge and custard for pudding.

I had butternut squash soup.

Evening meal will be a surprise. We have been invited to my daughters. Whatever we have will be nice, she is a good cook.

Slow roast shoulder of lamb with 'petit posy' sprouts, carrots and creamed pots.
Not forgetting a bottle of Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon.
