58 and not "2" tired!

The producer of Annenberg TV news (USC) had contacted me a couple months ago, asking to do an interview and film some footage for a feature segment. Had a lot of fun with it and it's nice to have the chance to spread the word about this rather UNIque sport!

I think I would have liked to 'have a go' on unicycle in my younger years I would probably have been covered in scars by now though!

You make it look so easy, Terry but I'm sure it's not

Great video!

Wonder how many took up the sport after that TV appearance. Lovely to have the recognition.

Thanks guys! If only one person takes up unicycling, or even considers it after watching the interview, it makes it all worth it! And anybody with a basic sense of balance can learn, and it's not only fun, but also one of the fastest and efficient ways to get in shape! And just to let you know, the chances of injury while unicycling is almost non-existent compared to bicycling.

This might be a silly question but is there a brake on a unicycle? What happens if you have to stop suddenly?

Yes I have a magura hydraulic rim brake and a couple of my other unis have disc brakes. The hydraulic brake is super strong and it's easy to modulate very precise braking pressure, and very helpful to control steep descents.
