I don"t have arthritis, strangely enough I eat all those recommended foods apart from Tart cherries.
I also eat sparingly of the foods to avoid.
So what do you know eh.

Everything on that article I eat - and I love Brassicas anyway and garlic and I could happily live entirely on Mackeral so, by rights, I should be like a spring lamb but, come the cold and damp of the UK Winter I'm hobbling about like a 90-year-old yet I'm only 63.
