Bees Needs

Take a look please. Is your garden or window box suitable, as bees are essential to life?

Re: Bees Needs

Honey bees live in bee hives and bumble bees live in holes in the ground...what kind of bee are you expecting to come and stay in an empty tube of bamboo ?

Re: Bees Needs

Last year I planted 24 lavender bushes, and I had a hive of bees visit, from dawn to dusk.

Re: Bees Needs

My garden is full of bees the Lavender bed, Ceanothus and Hebes seem specially attractive to them and are often covered on a sunny day. I love to hear their soft humming.

I don't use any pesticides of any kind because of all the wildlife including frogs and hedgehogs .

Re: Bees Needs

What a great idea for a present, thanks. I think it is the solitary bees that use them. I have a bee friendly garden too, but not noticed many honey bees this year.
