Nice sunny morning-washing out on the line.
Friend coming for lunch today,veg all prepared and pork joint in the oven.Did invite son no1 but he's going to watch the cycling starting in Pembrey and ending in Newport,don't know which bit he's going to see probably the end as went to Paris to see Geraint Thomas win the tour de France.
Loads of Swifts and House Martins flying about this morning then all of a sudden they were gone-on their way back to Africa so Autumn is here!

Got Plumber here at moment . I had a leak under shower so he is sorting that . Hope its covered by insurance xxx Lovely and sunny here xx

Had youngest grandson here for the last day of the hols () and the engineer to service the Aga and Boiler. So a chilly start but warm and cosy in the kitchen now. Just off the Craft Club.

Birthday for son no2 today.He's in LA working and enjoying.
Shopping and then meeting friends for coffee later.

Lovely morning but what a kerfuffle . My phone and internet are playing up so I tried fiddling earlier . Managed to set my panic alarm off but phone line was too bad to speak to them . Next thing my daughter who was in bed with a migraine had the call to come and rescue me !! Poor girl. At least we know the system works

Lovely day here, wonder how many more we'll have. Went to Llandrindod to shop and then had lunch at the Lake. (Which was so filling that all we had for tea was strawberries!).

Cool and overcast here. Plumber should finish today so I should be able to have a nice shower . Strip wash in sink isn't the same !
Managed to get BT online yesterday so they are sending an Engineer tomorrow so now no phone , no alarm and intermittent internet . How did we manage ? lol

Firm's engineers came to check Rob's bath out this morning. First thing they said was "Where's Lexi"? (Sob!) Dav, the head man, always brought treats for her, and needless to say, she never left his side!

Off to Quiz in the pub shortly.
