Thousands of Brits are trying to get back before the 4am deadline, which means that anyone with the virus will be spreading it around before and after getting back to the UK and will not have to quarantine.


It gets more and more bizarre.

Surely if the government is going to impose any sort of quarantine, it should be immediate? What's the difference between getting back at 3:59 or 4:01? Don't anyone say two minutes.

Yes I have, but where are the figures for people returning from Spain, France, Italy, Holland etc testing positive for COVOD-19 after 14 days ?

Most symptoms show up way before 10 days it's only in a small % that don't for up to 14 days. It's arguable that the 14 day cases are new infections anyway.
