A record breaking run this morning means more than just a good time.....It means I am in the best form of the year......Sort of an MOT for a body.........That makes 800 miles run this year....Probably be able to put another fifty on that before the end of the year....

Good to see others were productive today.

I ran nary a mile and encouraged the flinging of glitter around a hospital ward.

Yes Spitty, nothing stays the same.....Life trundles on from one day to the next with nothing much happening and then suddenly something unexpected happens and life is never the same again.....

Today turned out to be another post in the fence of life....

Well, OGF, that's some kind of mileage! When you were handed a body several decades ago, you seemed to have read the manual that a lot of us skipped. Amazing!
