she pulls up every evening at about 9pm and sits there with the engine running for about 20 minutes whilst she is texting. I have also seen her leave a Coke can on the pavement.

Sorry, couldn't resist that.
I use File explorer(from the task bar)/pictures. When I click on a picture it takes about 12 seconds to open. After that, they open quickly.
