Still trying to mislead readers of your post? The transition period ends 1 januari 2021. The withdrawal period ending means the UK will be no longer outside the EU. But if you don't see yourself how ridiculous your statement is.......

Suppose, the WA ends on 31 december 2020. Not only the UK, but the EU also, would no longer be obliged to honour it's part of the agreement. Letting you go was one of the parts.

Hi

Free Movement ends when we have the systems and staff in place.

We cannot even stop the illegals getting in.

There's no suppose about it. The WA ends on 31 Dec 2020, you agree, we agree, no argument there. As to the rest of your post, what are you going on about? I fail to understand a word of it.

Okay, I'll use part of the explanatory notes your government provides specifically for this purpose. https://www.gov.uk/government/public...agreement-bill (it's the third of the documents)

Remaining implementation of the Withdrawal Agreement

Article 4 requires that the provisions of the Withdrawal Agreement and the provisions of
Union law made applicable by the Withdrawal Agreement produce “the same legal effects” in
the UK as those which they produce within the EU and its Member States. In broad terms
(and subject to the provisions of Article 4 itself), the intention is that the Withdrawal
Agreement and the provisions of EU law applied by the Withdrawal Agreement have the
same legal effects in UK domestic law as attached to EU law while were a Member State. One
effect of this is that legal or natural persons will be able to rely directly on some of the
provisions of the Withdrawal Agreement before the UK courts.
