No-one has said it was Kim himself that is responsible for the leaked documents, but he must surely know who had access to same and investigated. Instead, we heard not a peep from him. Why not?
Once upon a time, our Civil Servants were the most highly respected group in the world. Never seen nor heard, but the backbone of any party in government. NEVER once, were there any such thing as document leakage.
Nowadays, they not only believe they can do, say and act how they want, they actually believe it is they, and not any government cabinet running the country.
It is about time they were put back into their box and made known that they can be sacked for the slightest wrongdoing
They have become much too big for their own boots..
Hi
I have sacked Public Servants, my own staff, for improper behavior.
I did so without giving them a payoff or using a Non Disclosure Agreement.
The only reference they ever got was handed to them personally by me.
It read
"This person was dismissed for Gross Professional Misconduct"
All Confidential Communications, including emails are sent on a secure system.
Retired Officers, such as myself, lose their access immediately.
The only exception is if you have any ongoing cases where you may have information and knowledge which may be relevant.
Even then, the only access to the system is to directly respond to a query about that specific matter.
You do not have access to anything else, most certainly not new stuff.
Like Solasch, we do meet old colleagues from time to time.
We do not talk about work however, unlike Solasch.
That is totally out of bounds.
There are four possibilities here.
One, the information was leaked by a Civil Servant.
Two, the information was leaked by a Politician.
Three, it was leaked by a Foreign Agency who the information was shared with.
Fourth, it was hacked or obtained illegally.
Everybody spies on everyone else and Black Ops are commonplace.
If it was a Civil Servant, they need to be identified and dismissed.
That is straight forward.
The other 3 scenarios are Political, so the end result is in the lap of the Gods.
